For our Monofloral Manuka honey our bees have been collecting nectar mostly from the Leptospermum scoparium (manuka) plant, which grows uncultivated throughout New Zealand.  This is considered the highest quality Manuka honey. 

All our honey can be traced from the beehive to the shop shelf. And every single batch has been laboratory tested and meets all Government testing and packing regulations to assure our customers receive the best quality of Honey Star New Zealand Honey.
