Momchil Grigorov is the owner and founder of Honey Star New Zealand Ltd. His passion about bees began in 1996 when he studied to become a Veterinarian.
During this time he studied bees, their anatomy and diseases and this led to his passion and interest in beekeeping.
Since then his 'buzzing' company has evolved and not only supplies to New Zealand companies but exports overseas.
